We offer fast, reliable service at some of the most competitive rates in the industry. All repair work is performed 100% in house to control costs and insure quality as opposed to many of our competitors who outsource anything beyond basic seal replacement.

Service is available for the following

Hydraulic cylinders in single acting, double acting, and telescopic types. We regularly service single stage cylinders up to 12” bore by 10 foot stroke and can accommodate larger as needed. We have extensive experience with telescopic cylinders of both single acting and double acting types of all sizes.

Hydraulic pumps including gear, vane, fixed displacement piston, variable displacement piston, and closed circuit hydrostatic types. We specialize in large mobile pumps for earthmoving and mining equipment.

Hydraulic motors of all types including mobile equipment track drive motors, swing gear motors, ect

Hydraulic valves of all types

We have a modern and well equipped machine shop offering repair, prototyping, and small quantity production.

Our capabilities include the following

Manual and CNC turning with our large CNC lathe featuring a 20” chuck size

Manual milling and boring. We are extremely well tooled for boring and can accommodate complex work including internal facing, seal grooves, and snap ring grooves.

Slotting and keyway cutting. As one of the few companies in Saskatchewan with slotting capabilities we are able to offer large keyways, internal splines, and similar operations up to 12” cut depth

Honing services with a wide range of tooling including a 14” ID capacity by 120” stroke Sunnen horizontal honing machine. We have a wide range of portable hone tooling in addition for use as needed.

In addition to heavy repair work, we specialize in one off or small quantity manufacturing or prototype work. With our shop being optimized for low volume work, we tend to be extremely competitive on all manner of projects many shops are reluctant to even bid on.

We are pleased to offer a range of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing services from single custom designed cylinders, up to quantities of 100 or more.

Our primary focus is on large, specialized, or otherwise non standard hydraulic cylinders for the construction, farm equipment, and mining industries. We can accommodate virtually any types of mounting, and any combination of bore, stroke, and rod size.

We are able to offer welded, fully threaded, and tie rod construction, as well as NFPA standard type hydraulic cylinders.

We are able to offer single stage cylinders in double acting, vented single acting, and displacement single acting types.

We are able to offer multi stage telescopic cylinders in both single acting and double acting types.

We are able to fully customize any cylinder to meet your specifications in mounting, dimensions, materials, paint, ect
